Tonight we're featuring one of our boss mamas, Erin Zarate. She teaches Body Back here at FIT4MOM Norfolk and is mom to Parker and Miles and wife to Martin. Here are 5 facts you might not know about her: - Friends have called her "Bricker" for her entire life pre-marriage/Norfolk. Anne O'Keefe still does. This makes her happy. 😃 - She's from Cleveland, OH - She went on a cruise in college and almost got left in Jamaica. 😆 - She has a tattoo. And thinks her mom still doesn't know about it. But her kids do. 😂 - Her family (parents and sisters) can sing a mean Java Jive. And she has a thing for Broadway music AND rap music. We are so grateful Erin is a part of our #mamahoodsisterhood (after all, we wouldn't have this village without her, huh?). You can find her teaching 5:30AM Body Back at the ODU tunnel on Tuesdays and Thursdays AND at 9:30AM on Mondays and Thursdays at the Live 360 Studio. We love you, Erin!

It's Tuesday which means it's time for Transformation Tuesday with Dyan Witt! Look at these pictures and stats! She's glowing and we can see why. Way to go, Dyan! Here's a note from our amazing mama: I absolutely love the Fit4Mom community! I am a super busy mom of two kids and I work full time. I could never find time to workout...or the motivation to do it. Joining Body Back allowed me to get my workout in at 5:30am. Yes! I know that's super early but the community of ladies that greet me and motivate me make it easy to wake up that early. The Body Back transformation program gave me the extra help and accountability to really transform my body with not just workouts but with nutrition. The community is always inspiring me with new recipes and workouts. But the most important part for me is the accountability they proved. Excited for the new Running Club which is designed for non-runners to become runners. So thankful for this amazing community!

Norfolk mamas! Come join us on Wednesday morning for Stroller Barre (your first class is always free!) at MacArthur Center at 8:45am. Immediately following class, we'll head to J. Crew with our kiddos for some private shopping at 9:30am! Doors will be closed until 10am for us, snacks for the kiddos will be provided, as well as coloring and likely a show to watch.
