Mamas!!!! The long-awaited details for Run Club are ready for you! I am thrilled to announce that Erin Bricker Zarate, Whitney Hausmann Porter and Caitlin Wright will be your FIT4MOM Run Club certified coaches. We are SO lucky to have Rhonda Sexton McEntee helping us and creating our weekly training plan for us. After lots of thinking and planning and trying to figure out the best schedule, we have decided to have Run Club at 8:30am on Saturdays starting March 10th. Body Back will move to 7:30am, Run Club at 8:30am and Stroller Strides will remain at 9:30am. Classes will all begin (JUST on Saturdays) OUTSIDE at ODU/Brick Field for BB and Bluestone for Run Club and Stroller Strides. This should enable moms to enjoy more than one of our offerings on Saturdays and easily go from one activity to another. Strollers are WELCOME for Run Club.
