Run Club - Norfolk Harbor Race Training



Our FIT4MOM Norfolk Run Club is for every level runner, training for a 5K, 10K, or Halt-Marathon, or want the support and structure of a run training program. We provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Join us for this 8-week session and you'll receive a Run Club Guide, a personalized training plan, a private Facebook group, a FIT4MOM tank, and lots of accountability along the way. This session will train for the Norfolk Harbor races November 20th-21st. Runners can plan to participate in either the 5k, 10k, or Half-Marathon distances.

***We recommend moms have a base of 5 miles of running prior to training for the Half Marathon.
