The program runs in 8-week sessions and includes two high-intensity, interval workouts per week. Join us as we train for the CHKD 8K on May 12th! This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to anyone, not only FIT4MOM members. Feel free to join us regardless of whether you're training for the CHKD run. Your Run Club membership fee will pay for Saturday group runs with our certified FIT4MOM Run Club coaches, a weekly training schedule, a t-shirt for race day, as well as lots of encouragement and motivation along the way.
