Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Back® is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout intended to build strength and produce fitness results.

Join us for this FREE Body Back preview class to try out this fantastic results driven program. Body Back is a stroller-free results-based workout for moms of any age interested in stepping up their fitness to the next level. The program runs in 8-week sessions and includes two high-intensity, interval workouts per week. It also includes goal setting, before and after fitness assessments, meal plans, personal coaching, and group support in a motivating inspirational atmosphere.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Join us for a FREE Preview event for our upcoming Fit4Baby class!

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms!more

Join us as we train for the CHKD 8K on May 12th! This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to anyone, not only FIT4MOM members. Feel free to join us regardless of whether you're training for the CHKD run. Your Run Club membership fee will pay for Saturday group runs with our certified FIT4MOM Run Club coaches, a weekly training schedule, a t-shirt for race day, as well as lots of encouragement and motivation along the way. Come join us!!

Joining us for Stroller Strides for the first time? Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to class and bring water, a yoga mat and your child/children safely buckled into the stroller.
