Join us for our Winter Body Well Session 2022 (January 9th - March 6th) and get the additional coaching and accountability you've been looking for! Our Body Well session will focus on nutrition, self-care, and ways to maximize your workouts for best results. To get maximum benefits from participating, attendees must plan to attend 4+ workouts per week. Access to one weekly virtual class (will be offered live on zoom and recorded on Facebook) will also be provided.
