Body Back PREVIEW Class

Join us for this FREE Body Back Preview Class to try out this fantastic results driven program. Body Back is a stroller-free results-based workout for moms of any age interested in stepping up their fitness to the next level. The program runs in 8-week sessions and includes two high-intensity, interval workouts per week. It also includes goal setting, before and after fitness assessments, meal plans, personal coaching, and group support in a motivating inspirational atmosphere.
