Please NOTE: This is a Boost Class and will ONLY include the workout portion of the program. There are single class passes available or you can purchase a drop-in pass.
Body Back is a high intensity interval training workout designed specifically for moms with proven results on a local and national level. We have all fitness levels in our classes, but we will warn you; these classes are hard! Our goal is to deliver a workout that will challenge any fitness level. Drop in this summer- our next 8-week sessions will start Fall 2014.
