FIT4MOM Norfolk Class Offerings:

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.


Body Back® is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout intended to build strength and produce fitness results.


Join us for this FREE Body Back preview class to try out this fantastic results driven program. Body Back is a stroller-free results-based workout for moms of any age interested in stepping up their fitness to the next level. The program runs in 8-week sessions and includes two high-intensity, interval workouts per week. It also includes goal setting, before and after fitness assessments, meal plans, personal coaching, and group support in a motivating inspirational atmosphere.


Joining us for Stroller Strides for the first time? Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to class and bring water, a yoga mat and your child/children safely buckled into the stroller.
